- We met the Summer of 2004 at a 4th of July picnic. We had our first date on August 25, 2004 (Daron's Birthday). The dinner was paid for with Lorrie's very first paycheck as a teacher. We were engaged after an "Amazing Date" proposal in November 2006. We were married on October 13, 2007. We purchased our first home in July 2007, a house that was built in the 50’s. We've spent a lot of time renovating and decorating our new home. We have a dog named “Holly” who loves to roam and a fish name “Rocky Balbeta” who spends his days blowing bubbles. Our son, Parker Allen was born September 5, 2009. He brings us more joy than we could've ever imagined. We are happy that God chose to bless us with him. On Saturday afternoons, in the Fall, we can be found cheering on our favorite football team, the Clemson Tigers! God has blessed our lives in so many ways. If asked how we are doing, the response would be "Better than we deserve!"
