This week was a busy one, but that's just how I like. Spending time with my sweet boys!
June 13: Pool Day with Friends
We spent the afternoon splashing in the pool at Nolan's house. The boys enjoyed shooting water guns and scooping the frogs out of the pool.
June 14: Mom & Tots at Foothills
We enjoyed a funfilled morning at our church jumping on the bouncy houses and eating popsicles.
June 15: Storytime at the Library & Chic-Fil-A
Our local library has a wonderful program for birth to age 3 called "Mother Goose on the Loose". We sang songs, read books, and even got to jump over the candlestick. Parker LOVED it! We'll definitely be back each week. We also celebrated our friend Noah's birthday at "Chic-a-may" (as P calls it).
June 16: A Day with GeeGee & Poppy
GeeGee and Poppy had gone out of town for a few days and couldn't stand not seeing little man. So they came and got him for the day. They spent the day playing outside on Poppy's new grass and doing whatever Parker wanted to do. They brought him back several new outfits and 2 new pair of Crocs from their trip. Parker LOVES his RED Crocs, so much that they are the only thing he wants to wear. Thanks GeeGee and Poppy!

Hello Blogland!
I know, I know... it's been a while! Well schoooooool's out for summer and I have a little more time on my hands. I have enjoyed being home this past week with my little man! He is just so much fun these days. I love that he is so independent and can do so much by himself. He says "My do it, mommy!! My do it!!!"
My goal is to post pictures of our summer activities each week. So here goes...

June 5: Farm Days at the Crooks' Farm
We enjoyed Farm Day at the Crooks' Farm. We fed the chickens and goats. Then took a little hike to a beautiful waterfall. We even got to see and pet 2 snakes. Parker enjoyed riding the John Deere tractor and just simply being outside. We ended the day with a ride on the horsie! What an amazing day with our Foothills family.
June 6: Pool Day with Friends
Parker LOVE, LOVE, LOVES the water! He is doing a great job "fwimming"! Parker has NO fear of the water. He even jumps off the diving board.
June 9: Pool Day
I have a feeling we are going to be at the pool ALOT this summer! When Parker wakes up in the morning I always ask him what he wants to do. And his response is always the same, "Go fwimmning at Aunt Jody's house!"
June 11: Lake Day with Friends
We spent the day on the lake with great friends! We enjoyed playing at the waterfall, swimming at the "beach", and tubing! Oh what fun!

Wayyyyyyyy behind!
Wow! It's March already? I am wayyyyyyy behind on updating our blog. I hardly have time to sit down these days. I have been in the bed since Saturday with the flu. Sometimes God has a way of slowing us down. Anyway, I thought I would update you all on the latest with our little family.
Christmas 2010
We had a wonderful Christmas! Parker was very into opening each of his gifts individually. Everyone told us he would be more into the paper and the boxes, but they could not have been more wrong. He loved tearing the paper off and seeing what was underneath. He would study his gift for a minute and then he was ready for the next one. He also thought that every gift was a ride on toy. It was hilarious! No matter the size he wanted to sit on it and ride. We also enjoyed a White Christmas this year. This was the first White Christmas of my lifetime. Parker loved watching the snow come down. He called it "bubbles". Daron suprised me with a new camera! A fancy one! I'm still learning all of it's bells and whistles and hope to take a class soon.
